The USB HID protocol has no code for such a key. Despite the engraving, such keys (which are rare on real keyboards in practice) do not perform this function, and possibly do some fakery that sometimes resembles (assuming compatible operating system software and software keyboard layouts) this function.

USB HID protocol makes no distinction between the right Option and ⇮ AltGr which is physically, electrically, and functionally the same key; both performing a level 3 shift. An old name is "closed apple".
